Local Oklahoma City Title Landmen - MUST LIVE IN OKC METRO AREA OR ABLE TO COMMUTE TO EDMOND a minimum of 3 days per week. Flex schedule. Team working environment. Candidates choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment structure after initial probationary period. Qualified candidates will need a solid foundation in Mid-Continent (OK & TX Panhandle area) mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, federal and Indian restrictions, OCC, RRC, and other regulatory implications. A mix of prior broker and in-house experience is preferred. Top Pay + benefits and insurance offered!

Local Oklahoma City Due Diligence Landmen

Local Oklahoma City area Due Diligence Landmen needed for a project covering properties in Oklahoma and Texas - The candidates will need a solid foundation in Mineral, ORRI, and Working Interest acquisition diligence, with a strong emphasis on running mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, and a comprehensive understanding of JOA implications, state and federal restrictions, OCC, TRRC, and other operational implications. There may be some courthouse travel involved. TOP PAY! Continuing opportunity to stay on as a Paladin Landman after DD project concludes, as we have a diverse client base and several long-term projects. Candidates choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment structure after initial probationary period.

Local to OKC's surrounding area, with the ability to work from the Edmond office for a brief period before the ability to move hybrid/remote with a flexible work schedule. Candidate needs to have a strong understanding of running HBP & Mineral title in Oklahoma/Texas, regulatory (BLM/BIA/CLO) restrictions, the governing contracts/agreements (i.e., JOA), and strong Microsoft Office Excel skills.  We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a teamwork environment and has good communication and writing skills.  Must be a member of the AAPL.
