Title landmen with solid experience preparing mineral and leasehold ownership reports particularly focused on hbp working interests

Landman with experience managing projects from inception through distribution of proceeds from production to fill an in-house position

PALADIN LAND GROUP - Title Landman

Local OKC Title Landmen - Paladin Land Group is hiring Title Landmen in the OKC metro area. Candidates must either live in the OKC area or be able to commute to the office at least 3 days per week.. Flex schedule. Team working environment. Candidates choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment structure after initial probationary period. Qualified candidates will need a solid foundation in Mid-Continent mineral title, working interest title, HBP & depth severed title, federal and Indian restrictions, OCC, RRC, and other regulatory implications. A mix of prior broker and in-house experience is preferred. Top Pay!

At Galvanic Energy, our land team plays an essential role in the company’s mission to 
become a leading exploration and development company for lithium and other critical 
elements that are essential for an affordable and sustainable energy future. Our process is 
very similar to oil and gas. An ideal candidate possesses an affinity for technology and 
innovation, specifically in the way of task automation and/or elimination.

Job Summary

• Draft, analyze and process leases, contracts and curative documents
• Assist with recordings, filings and transmittals
• Process check requests for leases, assignments and agreements
• Provide support for the preparation of land reports and various documents
• Research, analyze and interpret standard title opinions and ownership reports
• Data entry, mailouts, and other additional duties related to general land work

Accountability

The Land Tech supports critical land functions and collaborates with all members of the 
land team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of oil and gas land experience or paralegal work
• Very detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work within a multi-disciplinary 
team
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Self-starter able to concurrently handle multiple projects and meet critical 
deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Four-year degree preferred
• Work history and experience will be considered

Mostly online open Oklahoma title work from home. HBP experience a huge plus, but not entirely necessary. Pay commensurate with experience, abilities, and references. Position: Staff Accountant (Oil & Gas) Reports To: Controller/ Owner Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma - On-site Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role 

Pride Energy is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities, with a focus on our non-operated oil and gas assets. This role owns the full monthly cycle - from bank reconciliations through financial statement preparation - and works closely with our Chief Financial Officer on year-end filings. It is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety and working directly with leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities                                           

  • Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Review and enter monthly revenue received from various operators on Pride Energy's non-operated assets.
  • Review and enter monthly Joint Interest Billings (JIBs) received from various operators on non-operated assets.
  • Prepare and analyze Lease Operating Statements (LOS) to support cash flow analysis of non-operated assets.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements for multiple entities.
  • Review and finalize Federal and State income tax returns prepared by our outside accounting firm.

Qualifications                                                                                                                 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience; oil & gas industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with non-operated working interests, revenue and JIB processing, and LOS analysis.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred        
  • Working knowledge of division orders and revenue/expense allocations.
